<p>PURPOSE:To provide a magnetic recording and reproducing device capable of preventing a magnetic tape from being streched and damaged by reducing tape tension at the time of change from the state of loading completion to the state of unloading completion. CONSTITUTION:When the magnetic tape is shifted to the state of loading completion, the end face 3c of a member 3 pushes the end face 2e of a member 2B in the direction of an arrow 13b, and a pin 2b rotates around a pin 2c as a fulcrum and a member 1 rotates around a pin 6b as a fulecrum, then a felt 1a separates from a reel 5a and a load is released, in above-mentioned manner, the tape tension is reduced.</p> |
