PURPOSE:To provide the supervisory controller in which the processing throughput of the entire supervisory controller is not deteriorated even when there is fluctuation in a load of each task. CONSTITUTION:The controller is provided with a program memory 4 storing plural supervisory control information processing programs for processing each task such as collection, analysis, history storage of supervisory control information and fault consultation transmission line performance supervision, with an operating system 12 applying supervisory control to the task processing, and with an input output control section 6 controlling input and output of the operating system 12, a CPU 2 and a supervisory control network 11, and also with a queue memory supervisory section 8 which monitors the state of a queue memory for processing data tentative storage in each task at any time, revises the processing priority of each task dynamically in response to the degree of congestion of the queue memory and reports sequentially the result of revision to the operating system 12. |
