PURPOSE:To improve the turning response while the stability of the traveling posture of a vehicle being secured without giving a driver a sense of uncomfortability in the turning operation at high speed or the like in a vehicle's rear wheel steering device where rear wheels can be controlled in the same phase as front wheels. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle's rear wheel steering device where rear wheels of the vehicle can be controlled in the same phase as front wheels is provided. There are also provided a steering wheel angle detecting means 10 to detect the steering wheel angle, a steering wheel angular velocity detecting means 9E to detect the steering wheel angular velocity, and a rear wheel steering angle setting means 9N to set the steering angle of the rear wheels on the basis of the information detected by the steering wheel angle detecting means 10 and the steering wheel angular velocity detecting means 9E. The steering angle of the rear wheels are set in such a manner as the rear wheel steering angle setting means 9N may add the quantity according to the steering wheel angle velocity to the rear wheel steering angle according to the steering wheel angle.
