PURPOSE: To obtain a 'pumping' system requiring only a low investment. CONSTITUTION: Gaseous oxygen is produced under high pressure by rectifying air in a double rectifying tower 7, compressing 12 liquid oxygen taken out from the liquid reserving section of a low pressure rectifying tower 9, and vaporizing 6 compressed liquid oxygen through heat exchange of the air when the air under high pressure. Total quantity of air to be rectified is compressed to high pressure and excess part of the air is expanded in an expansion turbine 4 being braked by a pneumatic booster 5 to the pressure of an intermediate pressure rectifying tower 8 and then at least one kind of liquid product is discharged from the facility.
