PURPOSE:To obtain the subject apparatus, capable of washing raw rice with germ-free water containing ultra-fine bubbles in can unit containers for washing the rice and packaging the washed rice and suitable for cooked rice having stabilized quality, springiness, taste, aroma and gloss by combining a pure water device with an air sterilizer and installing a germ-free ultra-fine bubble producer. CONSTITUTION:The objective apparatus is equipped with a pure water device 1 for purifying tap water into pure water, a pure water tank 2 for storing the pure water, a germ-free ultra- fine bubble producer 4 for feeding germ-free air under pressure and producing water containing ultra-fine bubbles and can unit containers 9 and 19, used for washing raw rice, connecting the ultra-fine bubble producer 4 with a water feed pipe, simultaneously provided with water jetting nozzles for jetting water over the inner whole surfaces of the can unit containers 9 and 19, having a raw material carrying in port for introducing raw rice on one side and a raw material taking out port on the other and composed of wall surfaces having holes without passing the raw rice on the peripheral surface. Thereby, the raw rice is washed. The above-mentioned apparatus is further provided with a packaging machine 24 for automatically measuring the washed rice conveyed with a carrying conveyor 20 and packaging the washed rice with a packaging material made of a synthetic resin. |
