PURPOSE:To remove complicated printing operation by printing out lines in a range to be printed out during the edition of a document. CONSTITUTION:When a word processor 1 is started and a document editing screen is displayed, a specified range line storing part 2 stores the document name of a document to be edited and the screen display page of the document. When the document is specified in each line, the storing part 2 stores a specified range. At the time of instructing printing, a document reading part 3 reads out a necessary document based upon information stored in the storing part 2 and transfers the read document to a printer output part 4. The output part 4 outputs the transferred document to a printer 7, which prints out the document. |
