PURPOSE:To enable the automatic examination of specified seats by communicating with a specified seat card at the time of detecting seating, reading out reserved data, deciding coincidence between a seat reserving number in the reserved data and the seat number of the taken seat, and then displaying the judged result. CONSTITUTION:The area of each seat 3 which a specified seat number is allocated is provided with a seating detecting sensor 5 for detecting the seating of a passenger, an antenna 7 for communicating with a specified seat card 6 carried by the passenger A and a controller 8 for controlling the antenna 7. The card 6 is a contactless card having a communicating function and stores reserved data such as the train code of a train to be taken by the passenger A and seat code number. When the sensor 5 detects passenger's seating, a CPU requests the transmission of the reserved data written in a memory map correspondingly to the card 6, collates the seat specified number in the read reserved data with the seat number practically taken by the passenger to decide the coincidence of both data and displays the judged result on a monitoring board. |
