<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a tracking error signal by a pilot signal of a single frequency. CONSTITUTION:A PG signal is supplied from a terminal 1 to a timing generator 2, and this timing signal is supplied through a pulse generator 3 and delay circuits 4 and 5 to pulse generators 6 and 7 respectively. Signals from these pulse generators 3 and 6 are added up and supplied to an AND circuit 9, while a signal from the pulse generator 7 is supplied to an AND circuit 10. Then, a signal from a track discriminating circuit 11 is supplied through the AND circuit 10 and an inverter 12 to the AND circuit 9. Signals from these AND circuits 9 and 10 are respectively supplied to AND circuits 13a and 13b, which are then supplied with the pilot signal from an oscillator 14 of a single frequency. Signals from these AND circuits 13a and 13b are supplied to magnetic heads 17a and 17b, and are recorded on a magnetic tape T.</p> |
