PURPOSE:To provide the data shift circuit which normalizes and shortens the shift time of data that are expressed in a fixed point constant. CONSTITUTION:The data shift circuit is provided with a memory 1 which stores the data to be multiplied and a multiplying part 2 which multiplies the accumulated data transferred from the memory 1. Then a shift mode setting part 3 is added to generate a shift mode in order to previously set the shift extent of the data to be multiplied together with a data shift part 4 which select the data received from the memory 1 and shifts it in accordance with the shift mode generated at the part 3. Then the data are transferred to the part 2 from the part 4. |
