PURPOSE:To facilitate a ticket issuing operation and to prevent erroneous issuance from occurring by issuing an advance booking ticket to a customer in advance, and reading an advance booking number and issuing a reserved ticket based on an advance booking content by a ticket machine. CONSTITUTION:This method is comprised of an advance booking machine 2 connected to a relay host device 1 and the ticket machine 3. The relay host device 1 is connected to a host computer 10. Also, a memory device 12 large in capacity such as a magnetic disk device is connected to the relay host device 1. The host computer 10 is the one provided with managing data for reserved ticket advance booking management. The relay host device 1 is provided at, for example, every station, and it is comprised of a computer provided with the memory device 12 to store the advance booking content 13 accepted at the station. Also, the advance booking ticket machine 2 issues the advance booking ticket 11 based on the advance booking content inputted by the customer. Meanwhile, the ticket machine 3 performs processing to issue the reserved ticket when the advance booking ticket 11 is inserted. |
