PURPOSE:To provide a reactive cast molding method which is capable of preventing generation or mixing of foam and easy in operation even in the case of a molded product having a complicated surface form. CONSTITUTION:A sealing material 2 is arranged on a bottom force 1 placed horizontally, a cell 3 formed into a recessed state is provided, a reactive stock liquid 4 is cast within the cell 3 from the upper part, the reactive stock liquid 4 is filled into the cell 3 so as to exceed capacity of the cell 3 and a top force 5 is bent so that the top force 5 becomes a projected state to the surface of the reactive stock liquid 4. Then a bend of the top force 5 is restored to the original state so that the surface of the reactive stock liquid 4 case into the top force 5 and cell 3 abuts gradually against both end parts 7, 8 from the central part 6, the top force 5 is placed so that foam in the vicinity of the central part is discharged outside of the cell 3 along with the surplus reactive stock liquid 4 by crossing over the sealing material and after the reactive stock liquid 4 is enclosed within the cell 3, reactive cure is performed. |
