PURPOSE:To recover cement components which are residues after washing of ready mixed concrete and to utilize the cement components as a neutralizer for the exhaust gases generated by incineration of municipal refuse. CONSTITUTION:The residues after washing of the ready mixed concrete are charged in the amt. to make an alkali content of 1 to 2 times the chlorine content contained in the refuse into a furnace under incineration of the general municipal refuse, etc., and are incinerated together with the refuse, by which the acid components of the chlorine, etc., are neutralized and the gases are purified.
