<p>PURPOSE:To positively input matching information and enhance operability by a method wherein on the basis of matching information read from a photograph attaching base paper together with a photographic image, photographic image data and code data are filed in a manner corresponding to each other. CONSTITUTION:In a magnetic tape 2 or a floppy disk 2', personal code information obtained from a client have been filed. The information is read into a data processor 1. The read data is accordingly displayed on a CRT, processed into a printing form for a card, and stored in an FD 3. The code data is printed on an exclusive photograph attaching base paper 10 provided with a photograph attaching part 11 by a printer 5. After that, a photograph is attached on the printed base paper 10. The photographic image is read by an image reader 6, and a bar code is read by a bar code reader 7. The image data is filed with the read bar code in a magneto-optical disk or the like. In this manner, the image data can be positively stored in a manner corresponding to the appropriate code data.</p> |
