<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the travelling direction of a tape from being unnecessarily switched during recording by prohibiting the movement of a direction switching lever with a direction locking member during recording. CONSTITUTION:This recorder is provided with a direction lever for forming a forward mode in a right direction and a reverse mode in a left direction. Also, a recording and reproducing lever 60 is provided for forming a recording mode when moved in a right direction and a reproducing mode when moved in a left direction. Further, it is provided with a locking member 83 which moves to a locking position for blocking the movement of the direction lever at a position where the recording mode is formed by the recording and reproducing lever 60 and permits the movement of the direction lever when the recording and reproducing lever 60 is in a mode other than the recording mode. Thus, the unnecessary switching of the travelling direction of the tape during recording is prevented.</p> |
