PURPOSE:To allow the user to easily sense an incoming call signal in an audible sense by allowing an incoming call detection means to send a control signal to increase the level of the incoming call signal to a level setting means when the incoming call detection means detects the incoming call signal. CONSTITUTION:An input signal fed from a hand-held portable main body being a telephone set to an RX-Audio is amplified by AMP1-AMP4 being level setting means and the amplified signal is outputted to a speaker 8. At the arrival of an incoming call, an incoming call signal outputted from a terminal P2 of a CPU 9 being an incoming call signal detection means is amplified by the AMP2-AMP4 via a filter 11 and the amplified signal is outputted to the speaker 8. In this case, a control signal is outputted from a terminal P1 of the CPU 9 to increase the amplification factor of the AMP 3 thereby increasing the sound volume of the incoming call signal from the speaker 8. The CPU 9 sends the control signal at the arrival of the incoming call to increase the sound volume at the arrival of the incoming call signal. |
