<p>PURPOSE:To make the whole of a compressor compact by introducing the coolant gas in a swash plate accommodating chamber into a compression chamber through a suction chamber in a double-end piston and discharging the coolant gas discharged from the compression chamber to the outside of the compressor through a discharge passage in a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:Suction valves 31 and 40 open, accompanied with the suction operation of a double-end piston 14 for one compression chamber among the front and rear compression chambers 46 and 48, and the coolant gas in the suction chambers 25 and 26 flows into the compression chamber 46 through suction ports 30 and 39. The coolant gas discharged from one compression chamber 46 among the front and rear compression chambers in pair flows into a discharge passage 50 in a rotary shaft 3 in revolution state. The discharge passage 50 communicates to a discharged coolant gas conduit on the outside, and the discharged coolant gas which flows into the discharge passage 50 is discharged into a discharged coolant gas conduit on the outside, together with the coolant gas discharged from the other compression chamber 48. Accordingly, the arrangement radius of the cylinder bores 12 and 13 can be reduced, and the whole of the compression can be made compact.</p> |
