PURPOSE:To provide the dental hand piece which can spray fluid in proximity to an affected part from many directions without disturbing the visual field at the time of a treatment and can easily constitute a spray mechanism by attaching and detaching of a cartridge. CONSTITUTION:The dental hand piece 10 of a cartridge type is provided with hollow grooves 17, 18 forming annular fluid passages between the outer peripheral surface of the cartridge 13 and the inner peripheral surface of a head housing 12 in the lower part of the above-mentioned outer peripheral surface and is bored and provided with fluid injection holes communicating with the hollow grooves 17, 18 at the bottom end face. On the other hand, the head housing 12 has communicating holes 31, 32 which open in the inner peripheral surface of the housing and feed the fluid from fluid supply paths 29, 30 disposed in a hand piece body to the fluid passages 20, 21. |
