PURPOSE:To improve safety by surely stopping ultrasonic oscillation output by an operator's operation of a switching means when a control means for controlling a driving means of an ultrasonic vibrator transducer goes out of order or runs away. CONSTITUTION:A relay 13 to intermittently operate the connecting state of an oscillation circuit 6 and the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 3 is provided and an independent control circuit 14 which independently controls this relay 13 according to the output signal from a foot switch 10 without via a control circuit 8. |
