PURPOSE:To accept a new call according to a case even while using all the communication channels by registering the channel under communication on the table of a base station while distinguishing it into a disreassignable communication channel and a reassignable communication channel, and deciding the possibility of acceptance while referring to the table. CONSTITUTION:The radio channel control of a base station 100 is composed of a transmission/reception part 11 and an idle channel assignation part 12 and when starting communication, the idle channel assignation part 12 assigns the communication channels. At the base station 100, the idle channel is judged when receiving a link probability request signal on the control channel from a mobile terminal 200. When no idle channel exists, the idle channel assignation part 12 indexes a reassignable table and when it is existent, one of communication channels in the data is selected. Then, the newly generated call is set by the communication channel. |
