The invention relates to a movable individual appliance for facilitating the displacement of the disabled, at home or outside, with the maximum of stability and balance, to govern normal operation without effort, advantageously replacing, as regards safety, those currently in use. It is composed of a movable base on small wheels (1) with a longitudinally-adjustable support (2), a movable and orientable table (3) which converts into a seat (4), handlebars (5) which support a vertical, height-adjustable, tube (6).
