PURPOSE:To attain the conversion of e full size external character into a half size external character by storing the full size external character and its corresponding half size external character in a storing means in the same code. CONSTITUTION:When an external character is registered, an external character setting window is shown on a CRT a and a desired character code to be registered is selected with clicking by means of a pointing device 5. When a half size external character corresponding to a produced full size external character is produced, a half size setting button is clicked by the device 5 together with a half size external character setting window shown on a screen. Thus the half size external character is set and registered. |
