PURPOSE:To automatically control an indoor equipment means and to save energy when nobody is in a room by checking the number of persons in the room by means of a card reader and an operation means. CONSTITUTION:When the entering person insertes a card where an identification code is recorded into an entering card reader 10, the entering card reader 10 generates a fixed time unlocking signal so as to make a door be able to be opened when the enable code is recorded as the identification code. The operation means 15 records the name of the person and time. When the entering person opens the door 18 and enters the room, he is checked by the opening/ closing detecting means 20 and an entering/leaving sensor 21 of the door 18. The time card reader 10 judges whether it is company attending data or company leaving data by the card of the entering person. The operation means 15 adds the number of the attending persons when company attenting data is inputted in the time card reader 10, executes the subtraction of the number of the company attending persons when company leaving data is inputted and controls the indoor equipment means by stopping an airconditioning system, turning-off an indoor illuminator, etc., when nobody is in the room. |
