The invention relates to a device allowing the outflow of substances by a simple manual press on a push-button, housed at the top of a tap. It consists of a storage container (1), from which departs a pipe (2) connected to the chamber (5) of the push-button (3). The latter, provided with springs (7), is held in the high position. The substance is drawn into the chamber each time the push-button is released, as the evacuation channel (10) is closed by the ball (11) which is itself pushed by the spring (12) against the orifice of the channel (10). Each time the push-button (3) is pressed, the ball (4) jams in the pipe (2), whilst the substance is delivered through the channel (10), pushing the ball (11) and thus releasing the substance. The device is particularly intended for dispensing liquid soap. <IMAGE>
