PURPOSE:To enable heating treatments which cause no dispersion to be carried out in a short time and to enable a connecting portion for exhausting and drainage to be attached or removed by one touch by ensuring exhausting and drainage when steaming subjects to be cooked in a steam cooker filled therewith. CONSTITUTION:A supporting plate 7 having a punched metal structure for supporting subjects to be digested inside a reclinably supported steam cooker 1 is provided and a steam inlet 5 is provided at the center portion of an openable lid 4 and a collision plate 6 is provided to the inside portion of the lid corresponding to the inlet 5 so as to disperse steam introduced and to uniformly introduce the steam and a connecting portion 10 provided on the bottom portion of the steam cooker 1 is freely attached and removed and when the connecting portion 10 is attached a passage for exhausting and drainage is formed and the connecting portion 10 serves as a stopper for stopping rotation of the steam cooker 1, while when the connecting portion 10 is separated the steam cooker 1 is capable of tilting motion about an axial support portion. |
