PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of clearance between a foamed body disposed on a mold face and the mold face by means of a small number of man hours in the method of disposing the foamed body on the mold face and carrying out integral foam molding. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of engaging pins 4 composed of foot sections 40 projecting from a mold face and of the length smaller than the thickness of a closed cell foamed body 5 and heat sections 4 provided at the end of foot sections 40 and of the diameter larger than that of foot sections 40 are provided on a part of the mold face. Foam molding is carried out in the state that engaging pins 9 are inserted from one ends of through holes 50 having the diameter smaller than that of head sections 41 disposed on the closed cell foamed body 5 and that the head sections 41 are projected to the other end sides and that the closed cell foamed body 5 is made to adhere to the engaging pins 4 and the mold face of a mold 2 by means of own elasticity thereof. |
