PURPOSE:To obtain the title filter having high mechanical strength and capable of being reduced in size and wt. CONSTITUTION:A filter is formed so as to have a structure wherein a metal porous body 3 having a three-dimensional reticulated structure excellent in the removing capacity of the harmful component contained in the gas for expanding and developing an air bag and gas cooling capacity and capable of controlling the flow resistance of the gas and a ceramic or metal fiber porous body 4 are integrally laminated.
