The subject of the present invention is a shuttering skin characterised in that it has a sandwich structure made of composite materials and is essentially constituted by a flat core (1) made of rigid synthetic material surrounded by a laminated layer (3), at least one external face of the skin being provided with a protective and form-stripping (demoulding) covering (4).
