<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the container main body having good resistance to moisture and heat and capable of preserving a photographic film in good condition by forming the main body with a composite of vinylidene chloride resin and polyolefininc resin. CONSTITUTION:A film container main body 1 is formed by a blow molding machine, and consists of a cylindrical side wall 2, a bottom 3 with the center swollen and a rib 4 formed at the upper end of the side wall 2. A vinylidene chloride-acrylonitrile copolymer and a vinylidene chloride-carboxylic ester copolymer are exemplified as the vinylidene chloride-based resin constituting the main body 1 and PE, ultrahigh-mol.wt. PE, PP, etc., as the polyolefinic resin constituting the main body 1. The composite can be formed from a blend of the resins, however the vinylidene chloride resin and the polyolefinic resin are preferably laminated to constitute the main body.</p> |
