PURPOSE: A TCP(Tape Carrier Package) is provided to be disposed by making a major axis of plural driving ICs abreast a sprocket hole, and to mount the ICs on base films to be orthogonal in vertical direction of the base films, thereby reducing size of the TCP. CONSTITUTION: A TCP(156) is fabricated by punching reel tape-type base films(122) along a punching line(120). The reel tape-type base films(122) are disposed in parallel in length direction. D-ICs(158) are mounted inside the punching line(120), respectively. Input pad portions(126) are connected to input pins of the D-ICs(158), respectively. Output pad portions(124) are connected to output pins of the D-ICs(158). Align marks are aligned when connecting an LCD panel with a PCB. Each of the input/output pad portions(126,124) is respectively fixed to the base films(122) by an adhesive layer.
