An arrangement for the subcutaneous infusion of medicines includes a tube connected to the liq. container, a needle at its free end, a needle holder and a tube guide. The needle holder is in the form of a wedge which has a number of needle penetrations over its length, and the tube can be freely moved w.r.t. the needle holder. The wedge angle of the needle holder is pref. between 8 and 12 degrees. The needle holder is pref. 50 mm long. ADVANTAGE - The arrangement is efficient and prevents the desired insertion depth of the needle from being exceeded.
