PURPOSE:To provide an optimized design system of a thin sheet-shaped product wherein an optimized design of the product is possible by correlating various CAE programs at a predetermined condition. CONSTITUTION:The title system is a constitution providing a structure analyzing part 11 wherein amount of deformation at each part of a thin sheet-shaped product which is an original design product is obtained and the maximum amount of deformation and the range of a standard value are compared, each other, a structural sensitivity analyzing part 12 wherein when the obtained maximum amount of deformation is out of the range of the standard value, degree of influence to the amount of displacement, stress, etc., when design variable of each part of the thin sheet-shaped product is changed based on the amount of displacement of each part, are obtained and reinforcement is performed to a part where the most effective reinforcement for the thin sheet-shaped product can be done based on the degree of influence, and a structural optimization analyzing part 13 wherein when the maximum amount of deformation based on the structural analysis after structural analysis by the structure analyzing part 11 and sensitivity analysis by the structural sensitivity analyzing part 12 is in the range of the standard value, minimization of the weight of the product is performed by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the thin sheet-shaped product within the range satisfying a certain restricted condition. |
