PURPOSE:To automate preparation of a bill of service water charges. CONSTITUTION:An input means 1-1 takes in a metered value from each meter 4-n. Tenant information comprising a tenant number of a tenant', a meter number, a unit price, etc., is stored in a storage table. In a storage table 2, the previous metered value is stored by a storage means 1-3. An arithmetic means 1-5 takes a difference between the metered value taken in and the previous metered value in the storage table 2 2 and computes charges for each tenant from this difference and the tenant information in the storage table 1. An output means 2 prepares a bill from the computed charges and the quantity of water used and outputs it. |
