TAKING-OUT METHOD FOR FOAMED RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING THE PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To automate and simplify the handling in the taking-out, recovery and delivery works of the foamed resin molded product released from a mold. CONSTITUTION:The taking-out device 2 of a product taking-out mechanism 5 is advanced and moved to be brought into contact with the foamed resin molded product M released from a mold (a) under pressure to hold said product and subsequently moved so as to fall and the receiver 7 of a product receiving mechanism 10 is advanced and moved to the position opposed to the falling position of the taking-out device 2 to be brought into contact with the product M to hold the same and, after the product M is transferred to the receiver 7 from the taking-out device 2, the receiver 7 is allowed to recede to be revolved and displaced and subsequently turned to a downward direction and allowed to fall to be taken down on an accumulation stand 11 to detach the product from the receiver. By this constitution, the recovery and delivery work of the product can be efficiently performed without requiring labor.
