The present invention relates to a device for displaying an image which allows observers placed around the device to observe the image whatever their position. A device according to the invention includes an image support rotor of substantially cylindrical shape which can turn about a vertical shaft (ZZ1) with respect to a fixed structure including a transparent tube (10), which rotor includes a drum (2) equipped, in its lower part, with a shaft mounted in a vertical shaft housing, and the drum is equipped on each of its two internal side faces (2b) with at least one vertical groove (2c1, 2c2) and is equipped in its upper part with a slot (2d) including a V-shaped section.
