MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF POLYESTER FILAMENT YARN

摘要

interlacing the highly-oriented undraun polyester filament yarn having birefringence 20×10-3 - 70×10-3 under the relaxed state; relax-contact-heat treating using a heated plate and drawing at 20-100 deg.C with the draw ratio of [NS+1 - [NS×2+1 [where NS is natural elongation ratio of interlaced, heat-treated highly-oriented undrawn yarn . This yarn features heat-shrinking property of more than 10 %, self-elongation property of more than 2 %, good weavability, knittability, after-finishability and ensures flexibility, bulkiness and elasticity of fabric made of the yarns.
