PURPOSE:To transfer fault generating transaction information generated from an automatic teller machine (ATM) in transaction to another ATM and to minimize customer operation at the time of retransaction by concentrically controlling plural ATMs. CONSTITUTION:Transaction information inputted from a transaction preprocessing part 3 is transferred to a control mechanism 11 and processing such as communication with a CPU 14 is executed. A transaction output part 4 in an ATM 2 finishing transaction preprocessing is in an operatable state, the mechanism 11 outputs transaction result information to the output part, but when the output part is disabled, stores the transaction result information in a transaction information storing mechanism 11 and guides a customer to another ATM. The retransaction of a failed transaction is executed only by card inserting operation or the like and the processing can be completed based upon the information of the mechanism 12. Consequently a retransaction time at the time of generating a fault can be shortened. |
