<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate feeding before setting a call and to improve power efficiency by starting feeding from a power supply part to a data transmission/reception processing part and a data input/output processing part after starting the setting of the call with another terminal equipment when a terminal processing equipment is set in a standby state. CONSTITUTION:An activation monitor processing part 11 is provided to be fed from a first power supply part 10, and a data transmission/reception processing part 13 is provided to be fed from a second power supply part 2. When the call is set, the activation monitor processing part 11 monitors a prescribed electric signal 31 inputted from an ISDN network 30 and when this signal is detected, feeding to the data transmission/reception processing part 13 is started by informing it of the power supply part 2. The activation monitor processing part 11 informs the received signal of the data transmission/reception processing part 13, when a data transmission/reception processing is completed, it is informed of the power supply part 2, and feeding is stopped. Thus, the turning-on of a power source in the case of waiting for an incoming call before starting the transmission/reception of data at a terminal equipment is controlled separately from the turning-on of power supply to an input/output equipment to be operated when transmitting/receiving data or to a filing device.</p> |
