PURPOSE:To enable accurate inspection of cells by facilitating the making of a cell sampling device and allowing the sampling of cells alone accurately at a part desired to sample without pollution of the cells as caused by miscellaneous germs or the like in a vital cavity when the cells are sampled. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of an external tube closure film 3a, a core metal 10 is inserted to a part near the tip part of a flexible external tube 3 inside the external tube 3. Then, a temperature exceeding a melting point of material of the external tube 3 is applied to a part on the side of the tip from the core metal 10 of the external tube 3 to melt and subsequently, the part melted is pressed onto the wall surface 12 to close an open part at the tip of the external tube 3 by the melted part of the external tube material thereby forming a breakable closure film 3a. |
