A novel organosilicon compound is disclosed, which is a compound represented by the general formula XO(SiRMe-CH2CH2RfCH2CH2SiRMe-O)a[SiRMe-CH2 -CH2(CF2)pCH2CH2SiRMe-O]b(SiR<1>Me-O)cX, in which Me is a methyl group, each R is, independently from the others, an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group free from aliphatic unsaturation, R<1> is an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, X is a hydrogen atom or a triorganosilyl group, of which the organic groups bonded to the silicon atoms are each a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, Rf is a divalent perfluoroalkylene or perfluoropolyether group having 11 to 30 carbon atoms represented by the general formula (CF2CF2OCF2)s[CF(CF3)OCF2]t(CF2)u -[CF2OCF(CF3)]v(CF2OCF2CF2)w, u being zero or a positive integer not exceeding 8, t and v each being zero or a positive integer not exceeding 5 and s and w each being zero or 1, a is a positive integer of 2 to 300, b is zero or a positive integer not exceeding 300, c is zero or a positive integer not exceeding 5000 and p is a positive integer of 2 to 8. <IMAGE>
