Device for a total hip prosthesis of variable geometry and multiple angulation. The invention relates to a total hip prosthesis which makes it possible to fit on an intrafemoral shaft, embedded directly at the start of the operation in the diaphysis, thereby avoiding peroperative haemorrhaging, different femoral necks without limitation of angle, and also to obtain the most suitable anatomical neck/acetabulum position. It consists of a vertical element (2) having, on its upper surface, a groove (4), one or more orifices (5) able to receive an intermediate component (1) inverse and reciprocal with respect to the surface (4) and (5) of the vertical element (2), and also making it possible to choose the intermediate component (1) as a function of the optimum angulation in respect of the neck/acetabulum axis. The device according to the invention is intended in particular to obtain, upon implantation of a total hip prosthesis, the most suitable anatomical position in respect of the neck/acetabulum axis. <IMAGE>
