PURPOSE:To obtain a method by which a zigzag head is made with good accuracy and efficiency by arranging insulated wires to one row in close contact with each other to form the insulated wire group of the 1st layer and forming the insulated wire group of the 2nd layer in the position of the grooves of said wire group. CONSTITUTION:Insulated wires 7 and cross wire members are formed along the recesses 16 formed between the insulated wires 7 of the insulated wire arrangement group 15 of the 1st layer to realize the grouping for the purpose of matrix-connecting the insulated wire group 17 of the 2nd layer and the insulated wires 7 in the manner similar to that when the insulated wire arrangement group 15 of the 1st layer was formed. Next, in the insulated wire arrangement group 17 of the 2nd layer, the parts corresponding to the aligned part Y of the insulated wire arrangement group 15 of the 1st layer are secured by means of an adhesive agents to integrate the groups 15, 17 of the 1st layer and the 2nd layer in the aligned part Y. Next, in the state that holding members 20, 21 of electric insulation characteristic are held pressed to both sides of the aligned part Y of the insulated wire arrangement group 18, they are fixed by means of an adhesive material 19, and the end faces of the superposed body is polished to flat surfaces, whereby the multistylus electrode array of a zigzag shape in section is obtained. |
