The invention relates to a machine for processing foods or for manufacturing liquid or pasty pharmaceutical and chemical products, with a dish, through the dish bottom of which a motor shaft is guided, which projects vertically into the dish, is drivable at high speed by a motor arranged below the dish and is overlapped by a sleeve-shaped tool carrier which is mounted in a rotationally fixed manner but removably at its upper free end and at its lower end has radially extending tools. For processing of in particular small quantities it is proposed, according to the invention, that said tools comprise at least two identical, diametrically opposite mixing fingers which revolve in the same horizontal plane, have a round cross-section, are arranged very close above the dish bottom, project with their free radially external and upwardly slightly bent-off end into the dish radius provided between dish bottom and wall and are adapted at least approximately to follow the contour of said radius. |
