PURPOSE:To reduce input time and to simply input. CONSTITUTION:A prefecture, a city, a ward, a town, a rural district, a large village section and a small village section in an address are divided into respective elements. An input/output part 1 inputs the head characters of the respective elements to an input data processing part 2 by 'HIRAGANA' (cursive form of Japanese syllabary). Then, only numerical data of the respective elements are inputted to 'chome', 'banchi', 'go' and 'edaban' (lot numbers). The inputted head HIRAGANA character is set in a conversion parameter and numerical data as to respective items are relation-checked. A data conversion part 3 reads item address data from an item address data part 4 and edits it by the conversion parameter so as to generate address part data. A data editing part 5 connects numerical data by the editing characters of 'chome', 'banchi' and edits them so as to generate address part data. Address part data and house number part data are synthesized, address data is generated and it is stored in an editing data storage part 6. |
