<p>PURPOSE:To provide a gas insulating switchgear capable of being downsizing without decreasing creeping insulation bearing force of an insulating spacer. CONSTITUTION:In a gas insulating switchgear constituted in such a way that an insulating spacer 4 having a projection surface on one side and a recess surface on the other side is fixed onto both edge surfaces of a cylindrical tank 1 housing a breaker unit so as to be sealed up airtightly, that the breaker unit is insulated from/supported with the tank 1, and that a breaker unit part filled with electric insulating medium/arc-extinguishing medium/insulating gas is provided in the tank 1, the gas insulating switchgear is characterized that hot gas generated in the case of extinguishing arc in an arc-extinguishing chamber of the breaking unit is discharged from the arc-extinguishing chamber in a conical surface shape, and that a projection surface is provided in a position within range of this conical surface so that an insulating spacer 4 can be placed therein.</p> |
