The invention relates to a device for communication (and advertising) in vehicles transporting persons. The seats (3a), the headrest (4) and other surfaces are treated to support the communication (1). It consists of a seat cover forming either a loose ring with the advertising above, or a flexible extensible ring (2b) following the shapes, or a semi-rigid cover capable of redesignating them, deforming to impacts. The communication can take place via a window (1b), a removable pouch, by display, presentation device or screen, with prerecorded or remotely communicated information. Fastening to the seat is done by straps, loop-and-pile (velcro) strips or zip fasteners. The device is particularly intended for advertising in taxis, cars and aircraft. <IMAGE>
