<p>PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive guide roller which has a double press-fit assembled structure and excellent rotating performance by eliminating the influence of shavings produced at the time of press-fitting. CONSTITUTION:In this guide roller 1 which is formed by uniting a roller bearing member 2 and roller outside diameter member 3 to one body by press-fitting the member 2 in the member 3, the outside diameter of the front end section 2a of the member 2 in the axial direction is made smaller than the dimension of the press-fitting section 2b of the roller 1 and, at the same time, an annular groove 2c is provided over the full periphery of the member 2 between the front end section having the smaller outside diameter and press-fit contact section.</p> |
