PURPOSE:To realize the electronic mail system with high service performance having excellent applicability and operability. CONSTITUTION:The electronic mail system having conventional functions is provided with an automatic reply registration function section 11, a translation service registration section 12, an automatic reply processing section 13, a translation service processing section 14, and a translation function section 15 and applies automatic reply to a message from a destination when automatic reply is commanded. Furthermore, when it is detected that the language in use in the sender side and the receiver side and different, the translation function section translates one language to the other. |
