PURPOSE:To make possible an efficient high-quality air development by forming a cone-shaped inclined plane from the air feed opening toward the exhaust port and by providing a spray nozzle with a regulator piece to regulate a slit width at its tip and a plate having an opening corresponding to a panel size. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 8 is fan-shaped in its external appearance and has an approximately conical inclined plane 10 in it, and a hollow 11 changes its area from the periphery of the nozzle to its center; the hollow 11 narrows gradually toward an exhaust port 12 on the upper section of the nozzle 8 and provides a flat plane near the exhaust port. On the upper end of the nozzle 8, plural division-type gap regulator pieces 15 are set to regulate the gap of an exhaust port slit 14. Masking plates 20, 21, 22 have an opening corresponding to the size of a panel in the center area and a pair of hooks at each end, which is held by a plate 23 set at the tip of an actuator 18, and the opening size is selectable. |
