STABILISATION OF PLANT EXTRACTS

摘要

A process for the production of a stabilised lipophilic solvent phase extract from a cellular plant tissue which comprises the addition of a non-volatile lipophilic solvent to an aqueous liquor obtained by the addition of a water miscible polar solvent to a cellular plant tissue or a liquor expressed from said tissue and the separation of an aqueous phase extract from a lipophilic solvent phase stabilised extract.
