PURPOSE:To shorten exchange time of a belt and to rationalize safekeeping for the belt by arranging a belt safekeeping truck comprehensively holding the belt as attaching shape and also arranging a belt attaching/detaching cassette transferring the belt from a rack. CONSTITUTION:The belt safekeeping truck having a belt holder 18 is arranged to the belts 2, 3 and also the attaching/detaching cassette 20 holding as attaching the belt 2, 3 by plural electromagnets 21, is arranged. At first, the belt 2, 3 is hung by a hanger and shifted by a crane to attach to the belt holder 18 in the safekeeping rack. Next, the horizontal and vertical holders 18a, 18a are pushed out by cylinders, to form the belt 2, 3 to the shape of attaching/ detaching cassette 20, and then the belt is inserted into the casting machine body through the cassette 20. As the attachment/detaching of belts 2, 3 can be executed by using the attaching/detaching cassette 20, the exchange time of belt is shortened and the safekeeping of it is rationalized. |
